Use of an Indexing API does not guarantee that your pages will be indexed.
If your site has serious technical or other issues which are preventing indexing in Google, using the Indexing API may have no impact.
By definition, an indexing API is designed to improve indexing performance - but it is never a 100% guarantee that each and every article will be indexed, nor that articles will be instantly indexed.
'Real-time' indexing refers to the ability to let Google know about updates very quickly, something which set up correctly on a suitable site with an RSS feed - our service should provide.
Google describe the use of the protocol we use as providing 'real-time' updates for publishers.
If you are not a publisher in Google News the use of our service may have a lower impact on time-to-index.
You can cancel your subscription at any time if the service is not suitable for you.
